We find where value is leaking before anyone opens a design file. It is cheaper to fix a plan than a build.

If a budget will not cover the brief, or a rebuild is cheaper than a patch, we say so early rather than late.

Work is judged against the targets agreed at the start, in reporting short enough that it gets read.
